Shipping Times

Each Rootz and Stonz product is hand-dressed, prepared, and consecrated by Mama Toya with the reverence and intention this sacred work requires. Because every item is made by hand and dressed at the altar with prayer, scripture, and ancestral intention — we are not a mass-production shop, and we do not ship same-day.

Processing Time: 10–12 business days

This is the time it takes for Mama Toya to hand-prepare, dress, and consecrate your order at the altar before it is packaged for shipment. We do not rush sacred work.

Shipping Time: 5–7 business days

Once your order has been hand-prepared and shipped, please allow an additional 5–7 business days for delivery to your address.

Total Estimated Delivery: 15–19 business days from the date of purchase

A Note On Patience

We deeply appreciate your patience throughout the preparation of your order. Spiritual work moves on spiritual time. Every product that leaves our altar carries with it the prayers, the herbs, the roots, and the intention required to do what it was made to do — and that takes the time it takes. What is prepared with reverence works with reverence.

Shipping Updates & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the postal carrier, weather, holidays, or address errors. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delivery issues.

Lost Or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Rootz and Stonz LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office or carrier directly.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the sacred, hand-dressed, and personally consecrated nature of our products — and for hygiene and spiritual integrity reasons — all sales are final.

We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on any Rootz and Stonz products under any circumstances.

Once an item has left our altar and been shipped to your address, the spiritual work associated with that product has already begun. We cannot reclaim, re-dress, or resell a product that has been touched by another person's energy.

We encourage every customer to read every product description carefully before purchasing to ensure the item you choose aligns with your spiritual purpose and need. If you have questions about which product is right for you before purchasing, please reach out to us and we will be happy to guide you to the right product.

Damaged Or Defective Items: In the rare event your product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will review and respond on a case-by-case basis. This does not include changes of mind, misuse, or dissatisfaction with the spiritual outcome of the product.
